Better now

OK. So yesterday when I wrote my entry I was feeling really down. When I say I don't take care of myself when my dad leaves I mean it. I hadn't slept for almost 24 hours, and I had barely eaten that day which contributed to my bad mood. While getting more food, I was actually shaking from exhaustion. After I had eaten and fixed some things in my room, I felt a lot better. I caught up on my sleep too, so I feel better today. I usually (never) vent to other people about my problem, because I don't want to bother anyone. I don't trust anyone well enough to tell them what I actually feel. I hate talking about my feelings.
